To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all clients, please review the following policies before booking: • No additional guests or children are permitted. • If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule. • A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable. • A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may incur a $10 late fee and/or appointment cancellation. • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. • Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • All fees will be charged to the card on file. • If NOHA BEAUTY must cancel your appointment, any deposit paid will be refunded in full.
