CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY At NOHA BEAUTY, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and protect reserved appointment times, the following policies apply: • 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid applicable fees. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, but prior to the appointment date, will incur a fee equal to 50% of the reserved service. • Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows: A fee equal to 100% of the reserved service will apply. • Rescheduling: Requests made within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to the applicable cancellation fee. Repeated rescheduling requests may be declined at my discretion. All applicable fees will be charged to the card on file. Thank you for respecting my time and the time reserved for other clients.
