To ensure you arrive on time for your appointment, plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to account for parking time. Please note that if you are late due to parking difficulties, you will be required to reschedule. Consider parking on 12th Street located directly on the side of the building.
Meters offer 2 hours of parking at a rate of $1 per hour, though they are free to use on Saturdays and Sundays. To avoid receiving a ticket, ensure you're parked at a designated metered space. *Do not select this as a service*
Please note that deposits are non-refundable, but can be applied to a future appointment if rescheduling is necessary. The outstanding balance must be settled using either cash or a credit/debit card, which can be a physical card or the one we have on file. *Do not select this as a service*
A 10 minute leeway is allowed for tardiness. Arriving more than 10 minutes past your scheduled time requires rescheduling. Please note that same-day cancellations and failure to appear for your appointment will incur a full charge of the service fee to the card on file.

To qualify for a repair, please notify me of any broken nails within 2 days of your appointment. After this timeframe, a fee of $3 per nail or $5 for nails with special finishes like French tip or chrome will be applied for the repair.

A manicure treatment involving the application of soft gel over the natural nail to enhance its strength, followed by styling to preference.

For those with a Gel X set or Gel Overlay, a fill-in or refill is necessary every 2 to 3 weeks. If your GelX or Overlay is older than 3 1/2 weeks, I suggest scheduling a soak off and new application.

The removal of gel by gently filing it off of your nail bed.

A quick refresh for your gel manicure! This service includes gentle removal of your current gel, light buffing, and application of a new gel polish color. No additional nail work included. Available only for sets done within the past 5 days. Sets older than 5 days will require a fill-in.

For a clean and simple look, Basic Nail Art service focuses on minimal, subtle designs that enhance the natural beauty of your nails. Please note that this service is intended for simple, elegant styles and is not suitable for intricate or detailed artwork. Keep your requests minimal to ensure a polished, refined finish. If you're looking for something more detailed, feel free to inquire about other nail techs.
Nail Repairs are a complimentary service if scheduled within a 48-hour window of your initial appointment, with this policy being strictly enforced. Otherwise, a fee will apply.
